I built Savage Chill because I had to. Underslept, inflamed, anxious, in pain — I was losing ground and nothing worked. So I rebuilt myself from the ground up and turned that process into a system.

  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt — plus the overtraining and physical breakdown that came with it
  • Hit bottom: physically wrecked, mentally scattered, nervous system cooked
